She has graduated in 1997 from Law School at the “Lucian Blaga” University, from Sibiu, Romania. Member of the Bar of Brasov, Romania, since 1997. Took part in 1996 at the summer classes of the University of Trier, Germany. Was awarded in 1998 the LL.M. degree by the University “Lucian Blaga” of Sibiu Romania. Foreign languages: German, English. Practices: Civil Law, Real Estate, Antitrust, Taxation.

Marian Panaitescu

He has graduated in 1997 from Law School at the “Babes-Bolyai” University, from Cluj-Napoca, Romania. Member of the Bar of Brasov, Romania, since 1992. Legal postgraduate studies at “Central European University“ of Budapest, Hungary, and at the University of Chicago, School of Law, Chicago, U.S.A. Foreign languages: German, English, French, Hungarian. Practices: Civil Law, Commercial Law, Contract Law, Antitrust, Capital Markets.
